How do you play Bin Down Ginger?

These are the rules of playing Bin Down Ginger.

One of you grab a wheelie bin and the other gets ready to knock on the door. You put the bin leaning on the door with the handles facing the door then the other person knocks and runs behind a tree or nearest garden or wall. Make sure the bin has lots of rubbish in it so all the rubbish falls in their house.

1 bin with lots of rubbish.
Two or more people.
AND DON'T FORGET TO RRRUUUNNN!
